A rural corporate event, conference & meeting venue in the midst of the New Forest National Park
Rhinefield House is a bit of a one off, not only for its location, but for its very impressive architecture & ornate sprawling gardens. Rhinefield House is a 4 star hotel that boasts its own separate ‘Hirst Castle’ conferencing centre away from te main hotel areas. Not only that it was has the ‘Grand Hall’ in the main building as well as the smaller Kings and Keepers rooms.
The hotel itself has the 2 restaurants & a small spa facility as well as extensive outdoor space & being in the middle of the New Forest, it is perfect for corporate team building or relaxed outdoor activities. Failing that your delegates can kick back next to the outdoor pool, bar or large pond.
Hirst Castle (160 Persons)
The Hirst Castle suite is located in the separate conferencing center privately away from the main hotel. The main room holds up to 160 people & it has a main foyer and several smaller breakout or meeting spaces. The center also has its own dedicated kitchen & entrance.

Grand Hall (130 Persons)
The Grand Hall is located in the main hotel and original building – near to the main entrance and reception. As the name suggests it is very ‘grand’ and was originally based on Westminster Abbey. The most outstanding features are the fireplace, view from the windows & the ornately carved ceiling & balcony features.
Adjacent to this room is the Kings room (and bar) and access to the outside gardens.

Kings room (100 persons)
The Kings Room is a small room adjacent to the Grand Hall. This room is used for meeting & conferences, breakouts from the Grand Hall & also for evening entertainment. This room has a bar and access to the outside.
Keepers room (40 persons)
The Keeper room is across the hall from the Kings room & can be a combined breakout room or a room for a smaller capacity meeting or corporate event.
